  • Fathom Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies or track individual users. It provides us with anonymized, aggregated data about site usage.
  • Ahrefs: Ahrefs tracks site performance and backlinks through its own crawlers. No cookies or tracking of individual users are involved.

App Data Collection

When you use the Feedtiful application, we collect the following:

  • Account Data: Information you provide during registration, such as your name, email, and password.
  • Organization Data: Information about organizations you create within the app, including their names and settings.
  • Client Data: Feedback, file uploads, and other data related to client interactions. Client data is deleted automatically within 30 days after associated links expire.

  1. Consent: For actions where you have explicitly given your consent, such as signing up in the application or submitting a contact form.
  2. Contractual Necessity: To provide you with the services you signed up for, such as creating and managing your account, enabling feedback tools, and processing payments for Pro licenses.

Website

No personal data is stored. Fathom Analytics only provides aggregate insights.

App

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or operational reasons (e.g., tax compliance, fraud prevention).
  • Client Data: Automatically deleted within 30 days after link expiration.
  • Organization Data: Retained until the organization is deleted by the user.

Despite our efforts, no online system can guarantee 100% security.
