  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Pro Licenses: Access to advanced features requires a paid subscription. Prices and details are available on our website.
  • Free Tier: A limited free tier is available with reduced functionality (e.g., one project, one client).
  • Payment Processing: Subscriptions are handled by Paddle. By subscribing, You agree to Paddle's Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for Pro licenses are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant usage of the Service has occurred.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We use industry-standard encryption and secure hosting on AWS to protect your data.

  • Account Data: Retained until You delete your account.
  • Client Data: Automatically deleted 30 days after associated links expire.
  • Organization Data: Retained until deleted by the organization administrator or account termination.

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the Service.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company's total liability is limited to the fees You paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is higher.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as data loss or service interruptions.
